Terms and Conditions of 335bet – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 335bet, operator of the platform available at 335bet.best. Accessing or using any feature of 335bet — including, but not limited to, registration, deposits, Sports Betting, casino games, Poker, and participation in promotions — constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of the conditions described herein.

335bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect after email notification is sent to the registered address, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This document should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each promotion available in the Promotions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use 335bet, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age completed at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, date of birth, CPF, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number;
• Not currently self-excluded from any betting platform or casino in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 335bet or any partner company with privileged access to platform information.

335bet may request supporting documents — such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport, along with proof of address — at any time to verify the user's identity. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. User Account

Each user may hold only an active account at 335bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and is subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, including balance retention and cancellation of pending bonuses.

The user is solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential;
• All activity carried out on your account, regardless of whether it was performed by you or by a third party with access to your credentials;
• Immediately notify 335bet via 24h support if you detect any unauthorized access to your account or suspect that your login credentials have been compromised.

335bet is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of login credentials when the user fails to take appropriate steps to protect them or does not notify the platform in a timely manner.

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be closed by 335bet, with prior notice sent by email to the registered address. Any BRL balance will be returned to the user upon identity verification.

4. Deposits and Payments

335bet exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods. All amounts are processed in BRL. Available methods are:

• Pix — minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, instant confirmation 24 hours a day;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, cleared within 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — issued by a Brazilian bank, processed within minutes;
• PicPay — via digital wallet, instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — via Mercado Pago digital wallet balance;
• TED Bank Transfer — by Brazil's major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other institutions participating in the national financial system.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. 335bet does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards in another person's name, or bank transfers from accounts not belonging to the registered account holder. Deposits identified as coming from third parties may result in the immediate blocking of the balance and a request for supporting documentation.

335bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by financial institutions or payment services are the user's responsibility and governed by the agreements between the user and those institutions.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, provided the account is verified and there are no pending rollover requirements from an active bonus. The primary and fastest method is Pix, with processing within 5 minutes of request approval, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays.

The general withdrawal rules at 335bet are:

• The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 20.00;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account, Pix key, or digital wallet held in the name of the registered 335bet user — the Pix key must be linked to the CPF provided at registration;
• Identity verification (KYC) is required to process the first withdrawal and may be requested again for withdrawals exceeding R$ 5,000.00;
• 335bet reserves up to 48 business hours to process withdrawals in cases requiring a compliance review, without prejudice to legitimate users;
• Withdrawals funded by boleto bancário deposits that have not yet been wagered on bets or games may take up to 3 business days to process.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

335bet offers a variety of promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free bets, poker freerolls, and referral programs. Each promotion has its own specific rules available on the Promotions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The general rules that apply to all 335bet promotions are:

• Each promotion is valid for one registration per CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, and device;
• The welcome bonus is granted once per user and applies only to the first deposit made on the platform;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) must be completed within the timeframe stated in each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the rollover is met are automatically cancelled with no refund;
• Cancelled bets, draws, or results with odds equal to 1.00 do not count toward rollover completion;
• 335bet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected users;
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage or opposing-bet strategies designed to clear rollover requirements with minimal risk — may result in bonus cancellation and, in repeat cases, account closure.

7. Sports Betting

335bet offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana), MMA and UFC, e-sports (League of Legends, CS2, Valorant), basketball (NBB), volleyball, and other national and international competitions.

The general betting rules at 335bet are:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the user, except in cases where 335bet makes the Cash Out feature available for that specific event;
• Odds may change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applied;
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. 335bet is not liable for bets placed based on information that has already been overtaken by the actual progress of the event;
• In the event of an interruption or cancellation of a sporting event, the settlement rules specific to that sport will apply in accordance with the policies published on the platform;
• 335bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user without prior justification;
• Bets placed based on insider information, match-fixing, or any form of fraud will be voided and the user's account may be closed.

In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 100.00 for a highly likely outcome), 335bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the user's balance.

8. Casino and Online Games

335bet offers Live Casino games, slots, blackjack, Poker, roulette, baccarat, and other table games. All games are provided by certified partners and operate with a random number generator (RNG) audited by independent entities.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that guarantee randomness and fairness in every round;
• Users can view their round history in the "My History" section of the platform;
• Technical issues during a round — such as a connection drop — are resolved based on server logs, which take precedence over any screenshot or user-reported account;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed for each game before it starts;

9. User Conduct

The 335bet platform must be used in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human interaction on the platform;
• Placing coordinated bets with other users in order to exploit promotions or manipulate outcomes (collusion);
• Making deposits through payment methods not owned by the registered account holder;
• Using your 335bet account for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or creating accounts on behalf of other people;
• Abusing promotions through arbitrage techniques, opposing bets across accounts, or any other strategies prohibited under each offer's rules;
• Using offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language in the 335bet support chat or any other communication channel.

Any prohibited conduct identified may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and pending balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

10. Responsible Gambling

335bet is committed to responsible gambling and provides tools to help each user stay in control of their experience on the platform. These tools are available in the Responsible Gambling.

• Deposit limit: the user may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a minimum period of 7 consecutive days;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, activated upon request to support;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent and irrevocable account closure. Once activated, permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed;
• Session time: users can set session time alerts and limits directly in their account settings.

335bet prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18 and performs identity verification to enforce this rule. If you believe someone is using your account or that a minor is accessing the platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data belonging to 335bet users is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in full in Portuguese on this site. In summary, 335bet's main practices regarding user data are:

• The personal data collected during registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address — is used solely for identification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform service improvement;

• 335bet does not sell or share users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without express consent;

12. Account Suspension and Closure

335bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or identity verification;
• Use of the account for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial abuse;
• Duplicate accounts identified under the same CPF or the same set of identifying information;
• Account closure or permanent self-exclusion requested by the user;
• Court ruling or order from a competent authority.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 335bet reserves the right to hold any pending balances until the compliance review is complete. Balances not linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the user within 30 calendar days of the review's conclusion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account can submit a request through 335bet support via chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any pending balance withdrawals will be processed normally following identity verification.

13. Limitation of Liability

335bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games freely placed by the user on the platform;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures (internet providers, banks, payment systems), or events beyond the platform's control;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Content on external websites that may be referenced on the platform;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

335bet will make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

335bet may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, our operational practices, or the services available on the platform. Any significant changes will be communicated to users at the registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the new terms take effect.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update clearly indicated at the top of the document. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and other applicable regulations governing the digital entertainment and online betting sector within the country.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be addressed first through direct negotiation between the user and 335bet. If no amicable resolution is reached, the courts of São Paulo — SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy, with both parties expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged.
